Conclusion: The StarRise Plan has been launched, which means that the ecological construction of PlugChain has entered a new stage, which is conducive to the overall construction of the ecology. In addition, PlugChain officially launched the business deployment of PUSD in the Stablecoin sector, which strengthened the internal ecological stability of the public chain.
